Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated July 3, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for outreach sent through Top Secret UnFranchise. It keeps sending reputation high and complies with anti-spam law. Violations can lead to suspension.
1. Permitted outreach
You may contact businesses for legitimate, relevant offers. Every message must be truthful, identify you accurately, and provide a genuine way to opt out.
2. Prohibited conduct
No purchased or scraped consumer lists, no deceptive subject lines or headers, no messaging to addresses that have unsubscribed or complained, and no unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content.
3. CAN-SPAM and consent
Every email must include a valid physical postal address and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism honored within ten business days. You must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and other laws that apply to your recipients.
4. Volume and reputation
We may throttle or pause sending that generates high bounce or complaint rates. Managed sending infrastructure is shared reputation; abuse that harms other customers is grounds for immediate suspension.
5. Reporting
Report suspected abuse to admin@tsu.support. We investigate all reports and act to protect recipients and platform reputation.
