Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Top Secret UnFranchise subscriptions provided by Agape Legacy International.

1. Billing

Plans are billed monthly. When you subscribe your card is charged immediately, and again at each monthly renewal until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error, contact admin@tsu.support within 30 days and we will review in good faith.

4. Sending domain

Plans with a warming or managed sending option include a dedicated sending domain that we register and configure on your behalf. Its cost is included in your monthly price — there is no separate domain charge. Once registered, the domain is tied to your account's sending infrastructure and is not transferable.
