These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Top Secret UnFranchise platform provided by Agape Legacy International. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to use the service.
2. Independent tool; no income claims
Top Secret UnFranchise is independent software for prospecting and outreach. It does not create, replace, or modify any Market America or UnFranchise agreement, and it makes no earnings representations. Results vary with individual effort and market conditions.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful outreach and to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including all anti-spam and data-protection laws. We may suspend accounts that generate excessive complaints or abuse the sending infrastructure.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance through our payment processor.
5. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends; you may export your data before closing your account.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agape Legacy International is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.
